Terms & Conditions

At Feeding Young Foodies, every menu is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium-quality ingredients and prepared fresh for your event. To ensure the highest quality and a seamless experience, please review our policies below.

Ordering

  • We recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance. Larger events and custom menus may require additional notice.

  • Orders are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Orders placed within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 21 days (3 weeks) or more before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of all payments made.

  • Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event are non-refundable, as ingredients, staffing, and event preparations have already been arranged.

  • If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Menu Customization

We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies whenever possible. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

While we take great care during preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, sesame, shellfish, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery is available throughout Westchester, New York City, Fairfield County, Long Island, and the Hamptons.

Delivery fees vary based on location.

Setup is included for selected catering packages. Cleanup and serving staff are available upon request.

Rentals

Any platters, stands, serving boards, or decorative items provided by Feeding Young Foodies remain our property and should be available for pickup or returned as agreed.

Freshness

Our food is prepared fresh for every event. For the best quality and food safety, we recommend enjoying all items on the day of your event.

Photography

We love showcasing our work. Unless otherwise requested, we may photograph food and table styling for our portfolio and social media. We will never identify private guests or children without permission.

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.

  • Custom designs, specialty ingredients, premium products (such as caviar), and holiday menus may incur additional charges.
