Breakfast Granola ✨

Hi Foodie Friend,

Thank you so much for signing up — your support truly means the world to me.

All of the recipes I’ll be sending are simple, quick, and family-friendly. And what better way to start than with a breakfast staple: homemade granola.

The idea for this came one morning when my kids wanted yogurt but we had run out of berries. I looked around and realized I had a lot of nuts, some high-protein oats (link below), and maple syrup (for some reason, we always have it in the house). Granola was the answer — and the best part is, it couldn’t be easier.

Here’s how I do it:

Toss oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and your favorite nuts into a bowl

Add a pinch of salt

Spread on a baking sheet and toast until golden and crunchy. Temperature: 300°F (150°C) for 20–25 minutes

That’s it! My favorite nuts to use are pecans, but you can mix in whatever you have on hand.

Give it a try this week, and let me know what your little foodies think!
